6-1: Ryan Frazier doesn’t seem to be behaving in a professional manner. This is because he is
only suggestion that the company do this approach. From the looks of the text he also plans to
pay the workers for their overtime, so it would seem that it is ethical.
7-1: Joel shouldn’t really keep the money. It isn’t’ exactly illegal, but it isn’t really right. Bank
errors like that, that are in your favor, are not Joel’s responsibility, but it would be ethically
right to report it.
