Ethics is a science of relations existing between people and their responsibilities
arising from these relationships. It is also known as the science of morality and its principles. It
is one of the oldest sciences that emerged as an integral part of the philosophy at the period of
slave society. According to the Greek philosopher Aristotle, “Ethics helps to know what to do
and what should be avoided”. “Ethics – principles of right conduct or a system of moral values”
(McGraw-Hill, 2014, p. 139).
Nowadays, ethical climate is a strong organizational tool to succeed in modern
competitive environment. According to the book, “Ethics involves the study of moral issues and
choices. It is considered with right versus wrong, good versus bad, and the many shades of gray
in supposedly black-and-white issues” (McGraw-Hill, 2014, p. 20). People can improve their
