What I would tell the client
I am an assistant in a legal office for the time being as I plan to join the school of Law in
the fall. I recently came across this client that wants to sue her landlord for negligence which has
caused her great injuries that she claims to have sustained in her house. Nevertheless, I have just
realized that the claim is fake, and even the juries she introduced are fake. I have therefore come
up with the following ways of dealing with the case. To begin with, my integrity in this job is
very crucial since l will require a good recommendation letter when my time to live comes.
Confront her Behavior: To begin with, I will directly confront her actions. Here I will be
