In life there are many different ethics that are viewed, formulated and seen from different
point of views. In the work place managers bring different personalities, behavior traits to the
job. They also have personal needs, family influence, religious belief that help shape their
value systems. In society, workplace, home ethics are establish or sets of standards of good,
bad, right and wrong in people conduct of actions. In management there are the Utilitarian,
Individualism, Moral-rights, and Commutative Justice views. The Utilitarian view set a straight
forward way of deciding the moral right course of action that must be taken in a particular
situation or circumstance. When utilizing the Utilitarian view or making a decision one makes
the decision for the greatest good for the greatest number of people. When deciding what is best
in most situation, we have to identify the various courses of action that can be performed. We
