According to Halbert & Ingulli (2012), the Occupational Safety and Health Act were
created to confront dangerous working conditions and accidents. The law has flaws in which
consequences are misdemeanors. The PharmaCare Company has violated numerous regulations
and laws pertaining to worker safety and pay rates. Modern day slavery is not an allusion but
reality of how individuals most survive on a daily basis.
Shareholders
Pandi – Perumal et al. (2015) stated that more industries are including stakeholders in
agreements. Stakeholders are consumer or groups that could be influenced by the company’s
ruling. Involving stakeholders show a positive attitude toward the business. The Affordable
