Online Student Affirmation Form
All students enrolled in Online, Hybrid, or Traditional with an E-Learning component course at
ABIIT must review and sign the Online Student Affirmation form at the beginning of every new
course taken. Students who fail to read and upload the Online Student Affirmation form within
the first week of the trimester of all Online, Hybrid, or Traditional with an E-Learning component
course will be administratively dropped from courses.
Student Affirmation
• I have read, understand, and signed the terms of the ABIIT Requirements for Online
Classes
• I understand that it is my responsibility to obtain all course required materials including
the textbook prior to the start of the course.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to stay up to date with all deadlines for all course
required work including examinations and quizzes. I further understand that quizzes and
examinations can only be reopened after closing in cases of documented medical illnesses
and or life changing events.
• I understand that ABIIT seeks to maintain a high level of academic integrity through the
administration and facilitation of all its courses, and students found in breach of the
institution’s academic integrity policy will receive a grade of “F” and can be expelled
from the institution.
• I understand that I must contact the IT department at 480-2420 immediately if I
experience technical issues with the ABIIT E-Learning platform. If issue is not resolved
