Chapter 7 Summary
Chapter 7 discusses what corporate cultures are and how they affect business relations.
Corporate cultures are the set of values, beliefs, goals norms, and ways of solving problems that
members of firms share. Depending on how each organization deals with unethical behavior will deem if
the organization with have questionable behavior. If an organization rewards and or looks the other way
when a member of the firm behaves badly and or is rewarded for unethical behavior this will in turn,
make increasingly questionable behavior more normal within that corporation. The heads of firms can
and will have a positive impact on firms if the set the example to the rest of the members and if they
