Chapter 11 Summary
Chapter 11 discusses what ethical leadership is. Leadership is defined as the ability to guide
others towards a mutual goal. in order to be an ethical leader a person must be able to make ethical
decisions because the person has the power to motivate others and to enforce the organizations; norms
and policies. In order for an ethical leader to have the proper skills they need to be developed through
many years of training, practice, experience, and learning from others who have been in leadership
