Ethical violations within Corporate America
Ethical violations in corporate America happen all the time. It is sad to say that most of
the top executives may have completed an ethical violation whether they knew they were doing
it or not while they are in the position that they are in. There are several issues that people
commit ethical violations and most of which really don’t need to happen. Most of the issues
come from cases where the facts were shared and people were punished. There are also laws not
to protect businesses and individuals from committing any more ethical violations.
Some of the ethical violations in Corporate America are things that most people know
and should not need to be told. They are employee mistreatment, customer mistreatment,
unethical employee behavior, corporate intelligence issues and accounting practices (Anaejionu,
