The corporate social responsibility for the customers would be to send a refund
of the amount that was stolen from them back to their credit cards along with an
explanation to why they were receiving the credit.
The course of action I would take is to fire the employee that has been stealing
the money immediately. Even though it’s my spouse’s sibling, they committed a terrible
