When the deeply held religious beliefs of a business owner come into direct con*ict with an+-
discrimination laws what is the right decision? Who holds the moral high ground when laws are made
that force an individual to conduct business in a manner that is contrary to what they believe to be
mandated by their God?
Recently as more and more states acknowledge homosexual marriages there has emerged a new
market in servicing gay weddings with all of the trappings that tradi+onal weddings would have.

venues, ceremonies requiring ministers, dresses requiring bou+ques, and many more services may be
required to put together the perfect wedding. Many of these services are provided by people who are
deeply involved with their clients and have a strong personal a:achment to their work.
