Ethical Position Paper – Ethical Dilemma
For this paper I will be writing about the ethical dilemma that includes one having to
hire someone for an important position in his/her company, and his/her best friend is between
the candidates for the job. This is an ethical dilemma because in theory, the person who have
to evaluate the candidates shouldn’t bring personal matters into consideration. However, when
