written in a formal format to keep the business successfully functioning as whole.
Value Chain: The key functional inputs that an organization provides in the transformation of raw
materials into a delivered product or service. (Definition from the textbook)

Different areas support each of these key functions; these areas are the primary line functions

Management
All of these areas are very important for a company to run smoothly. Employees in these areas face
different ethical situations catered to their department. The key function departments have
different operational policies that cover the ethical culture of the organization.
