Chapter 2 Fact Pattern #1: Carol Brady has three daughters, Marcia, Jan, and

Cindy. Marcia has one son, Ace; Jan has four children, Becky, Charles, Dan, and

Evelyn; and Cindy has twin boys named Finn and Gage.

Question 1:

Carol’s grandchildren will receive respectively: Ace 1/3rd , Becky, Charles, Dan,

Evelyn – will all receive 1/12th , Finn and Gage 1/6th . In accordance to Per Stirpes.

Question 2:

Carols grandchildren in a per capita situation will all receive 1/7th of the estate and

or assests willed to them.
