2019 BOLD REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
Congratulations on your decision to take BOLD!! Your commitment to taking your business to
the next level is commendable. Keller Williams Charleston/Mt. Pleasant truly believes the
BOLD program is invaluable and is excited to extend a reimbursement program for BOLD
participants!!
Please read the terms and conditions below for the Reimbursement Program
· In order to qualify for reimbursement, the transaction must go under contract between April
24th, 2019, (Step 2) and July 13th, 2019 (45 days after BOLD).
· If you have been in the Real Estate business for fewer than 12 months or have not closed a
transaction in the 12 months prior to BOLD Step 1, you will be reimbursed $200 per transaction
up to a maximum of 4 closings/$800.
· For all others, you will be reimbursed $200 on your first closing and $100 per closing
thereafter once all closing paperwork is submitted and approved, up to a maximum of 7
closings/$800.
· For team transactions, only one $100 reimbursement will be paid per transaction. Please
indicate on the greensheet which agent receives the reimbursement, or split it at $50 each.
· Reimbursements will not be paid to anyone who has an office invoice which is past due; the
reimbursement will first be applied to your office invoice and you will receive the balance.
· Outgoing referrals to agents at another company (you are only paid a referral fee) do not
count as a transaction for reimbursement. An incoming referral resulting in a transaction will be
eligible for reimbursement.
· Your Greensheet must indicate that the transaction is eligible for BOLD
