Miami Dade College is somewhere that I can learn and express myself freely. Where I can strive
to be anyone I want and with the help of Miami Dade college, they help me along the way. With
wonderful advisor and consolers that help me in the right direction. I have overcome many
challenges while study at MDC. One of the most important things to me is that I was able to
learn online due to this pandemic it been really hard to go out and study, but MDC has made it
so convent to do school online. With professors that have incorporated online learning where
we can be active and still get the same education through a computer. I’ve also overcome in
being able to manage a full-time job and going to school full time. In order to keep studying I
need to work and pay for my books. In addition to that I need to help out around the house and
pull my part especially since we got hit with this pandemic it has been hard time not only for my
family but for everyone. This opportunity means a great deal for me because with this i don’t
need to pick up extra shifts to pay for my college. I can help my family out more. Which is the
biggest blessing I can ever ask for. This is something that feel amazing being rewarded for
having good grades and taking classes.
Miami dade will forever change my future and words cannot describe how thankful
I am. The are just the start of my successful career path. Miami Dade College opened
many doors for me. The college helped me financially and mentally, they helped me
feel more confident on the career path I chose and gave me assurance that
financially I was going to be stable. They really do care about their students and take
the time to help them every step of the way. They help you do anything you wanna
do. Also support you through ever step no matter what you choose to be. Miami
dade is the start my future life and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
