Abstract
Women face multiple challenges in their careers, including underestimation, striving to
accommodate everything, a lack of equality of opportunities in society, bullying, and balancing
work and personal life. So, I believe these are the major issues that women face around the world.
I’ll try to get to those specific reasons in order to gain a deeper understanding of this topic. The
primary goal of this paper is to focus on the challenges that women face while working. According
to research, women are progressing day by day, but they face several challenges. This detracts
from their motivation goal’s determination. This report would also look at the types of challenges
they face when serving in corporations. While doing this study, I discovered that women face many
challenges in the workplace.

Introduction
In today’s world, women are proving to be just as competent as men. Despite the fact that women
face numerous challenges while working in corporate sectors. It’s a shame that they have to deal
with so many difficulties at times when they should only be praised. Women are breaking free
from their shackles and achieving their desired outcomes on a daily basis. Regardless of how hard
they try, they face numerous challenges in jobs, private organizations, and the business sector.
They are still dealing with problems in various ways, but it is a good sign that no one has been
able to discourage them. Women’s strength is an incredible phenomenon. Women have emerged
fully from the shadows of people’s imaginations. There was a time when people believed that
women couldn’t do what men could. After a decade of struggle and many sacrifices, they have
achieved an equal position in society and the world as men. They, like men, work for the betterment
of the world. But it’s a great pity that after decades of struggle, women face many difficulties while
working in the corporate sectors.
Women continue to be underrepresented at all levels, from entry-level positions to C-suite
positions. According to the Women in the Workplace 2018 survey, women of color had the lowest
representation, leading them to lag behind white men, men of color, and white women. Women of
color make up just 17% of entry-level vacancies and 4% of C-suite positions.

Objective of the study
Women face many difficulties in their jobs, including underestimation, the need to satisfy
everyone, a lack of representation in society, bullying, balancing work and personal life,
discrimination in the workplace, non-duty standards but all I want is to establish the fact that it’s
time to eradicate gender stereotypes and teach people that the aim of feminism is to close gender
differences and encourage social, economic, personal, and social gender equality.
