1. What is present in the situation that will guide your organization’s choice of which strategy to
use? What opportunities exist? What dangers?
The city did not perform their promise about turning the unused land to park and want to sell it
to chemical waste company first we should confrontation the city about their decision. We
should have some opportunity and try to work with residents of the community to advocacy us
against the city decision. Some dangers, we could face some critics from some people, also city
might follow strategy like procrastination to delay the decision.
