Group Project Evaluation Name & Team #: J’Bria Roberts –Team #6
This sheet will be used to evaluate your group peers in their effort regarding the end–of-term case
presentation work for the entire semester. You have from 0 to 100 points to allocate per each team peer
(each individual gets a grade between 0-100), you are to provide each individual a separate grade based
on what you think of their specific contribution to the overall project deliverables. Please provide a
detailed description to support the specific grade for each individual on your team.
Please upload the form to the appropriate Elearn Dropbox no later than Thursday 12/6 at 11:59pm.

(Rating Criteria: (1) attendance at group meetings; (2) quality of contribution to group discussions; (3)
quality of contribution to presenting/writing the assignments; (4) quality of contribution to organizing the
assignments; (5) amount of time spent on projects relative to other members; (6) quality of initiative when
something needed to get done; (7) reliability in completing assigned responsibilities; (8)
leadership/inspiration provided to the group; (8) Other – provide any additional criteria and information
you would like to communicate to me).
ALL INFORMATION WILL BE CONFIDENTIAL! I have been collecting peer evaluations for class projects
for over a decade and I have never shared the comments provided with anyone. Feel free to
communicate what you want; I will keep all comments confidential.
