told that they were special, and they get all they need because they just want it.
Detail: Millennial were told that they were special, and they get all they need because they just
want it. Therefore, when millennial get into the real world, facing with a real challenging that
their parents can’t do anything for them, they got shock. They lost their confidence.
Finding: Businesses are treating new employee like they are equipped. They don’t care much
about their employee. Millennial already fall into the “bad hand” of their parents, if the
company doesn’t care about them too, the young generation never feel confident about
themselves, and they didn’t believe that they can overcome the challenge.
Group 2: Technology: The engagement with social media releases a chemical called dopamine
Detail: Millennial is get too much addicted to their Facebook- Instagram world. They count how
many likes they got on their Facebook, how recently people see their Instagram. As millennial
keep getting addicted to their social media world, they lost their skill of developing the
meaningful relationship.
Finding: Business didn’t teach their employee about the social skill, the millennial just don’t
have the coping mechanism to do with stress.
Group 3: Impatience: Millennial is growing into the world of “instant gratification”
Detail: Millennial don’t need to wait for time to have what they want. They can have anything
they want immediately except job fulfillment and strength of relationship. Millennial seem to
give up easily when they can’t get what they want in the amount of time they want it to be.
Finding: Business should teach their employee to learn patience. Millennial should know that
thing takes time and effort, and they can’t have everything they want it because they just want
it. There must be time, effort and hard-working that must be paid off to have what they want.
