Errors in Decision Making
Here are some errors which occur in decision making.
1. Self-Deception
It is the limit on the way we learn. Mostly, when we think that we have so much knowledge
even more than we does, then we miss the information that was very necessary to make the
meaningful decision. So, here we always ignore the room of checking the related
information to make successful decision.
2. Heuristic Simplification
All of the errors which occur during the information-process are called Heuristic
Simplification.
3. Emotion
Our emotions play vital role in decision making. Good emotions mean good decision
making and vice versa. The mood we have in current position can lead to the right track or
it can lead to off track from rational decision making.
