A review of “Congress couldn’t have been this bad, or could it?”
After reading this article, I personally think “Congress couldn’t have been this bad, or
could it?” is a very intriguing yet spontaneous article. The author James R. Chiles describes the
relationships between the Republican and Federalists as a very unplanned group of people. They
did not take matters into their own hands until the citizens started to get upset since conditions in
our nation were extremely poor and citizens could not make their way around town due to
several unpaved roads which made it harder for carriages to be pulled around. The article shows
