The Mylan company has been under constant scrutiny for raising prices on the EpiPen,
and on Monday it faced another lawsuit. The Plaintiffs alleged that the drug company
overcharged EpiPen patients as part of an illegal plan to boost sales. The complaint was filed in
federal court in Seattle on behalf of three EpiPen patients. This case, among many others, are
brought to court for the many customers who are irate and disgusted over the cost of EpiPens, the
treatment that saves the lives of people with extreme allergies. A lifeline that was made
