What I found the most important about “Kauffman Sketchbook: Entrepreneur Mindset”, was that
it briefly explains how the term entrepreneur is still being misunderstood by a wide range of
people. One thing to surely understand is that entrepreneur does not mean management. In the
second video, I found it interesting and important how entrepreneurs back than were seeing as
fringe players who bucked the system and were being ignored. I also love how the video states
that entrepreneurs played a big role in job net worth, this clearly shows how important and big it
is to be an entrepreneur. All the information being provided is very informative because it gives
me a better point of view of being an entrepreneur. I always thought that to become and
entrepreneur I had to have a lot of money and have certain connections of people, but I have
learned that it doesn’t necessarily have to be like that. For example, many entrepreneurs who are
successful today, before they had it all they basically started off with little money and little bit of
resources but what did help them was that they wanted to find solutions for people that were
facing problems back then. The videos did answer many of my questions and doubts I had. I feel
that the information provided will be able to help me and lead me the right way as well as too
help me develop and entrepreneur mindset. Even throughout the course and video lectures being
presented has helped me because I started changing the way I think and see things. For example,
while reading the book “Who Own’s the Ice House?”, I have put thought into problems that we
face and what solutions could be provided. Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset is always
watching for, staying ready for, jumping on, then exploiting new opportunities. They are always
looking for or thinking of creative solutions. And always they will be looking for clever ways to
get their product in front of buyers. A way I can develop an entrepreneur mindset is to keep a
positive attitude, learn from failure, pace myself, follow through, and set appropriate goals. The
right attitude embraces challenges, always looking for the lesson buried in difficulties. Although
disappointments can be difficult to deal with, they are also indeed great opportunities to learn
from. I also need to understand that I must pace myself to reach the top. I could do my own
research online to understand more about having an entrepreneurial mindset, but I think the most
helpful would be getting a mentor. I have never had a mentor, but I do feel determined about
