Information System:Using Management Information Systems (MIS) to improve the
quality of life and work through technology. In Social Work, relationships between the
practitioner and their client, an organization and its funding sources, and researchers are
characterized by the exchange of information. By enhancing the performance of human
services and producing positive outcome for people, MIS can be a critical aspect in
addressing some of the barriers of social workers face in their field. Technological
advances have occurred at such a rate that management information systems are seen as
