1) Problem Statement:
In University Utara Malaysia (UUM), it is undeniable that students nowadays are facing
education related problem such as poor grades, homesickness and loneliness even though UUM
had done providing beautiful green environment and first class facilities to make the students feel
happy, comfortable and motivated to study. Moreover, these kinds of problems can lead to serious
mental illness such as depression and it can become critical day by day.
