I could sit here and write an essay on one of the many talents I have from being able to do
standing backflips to lifting people larger than me. Those skill are only a portion of what shaped
me to be a leader. Among my many interests and talents there is one that I find extraordinary:
national security. Up until a few years ago, I could care less about how the government protected
us and who was running for the upcoming election. Strangely enough, all of this changed when I
began watching a TV show known as “Criminal Minds” on Saturday mornings. I carefully
studied the way they came to conclusions about who the UnSub, or unknown subject was, and
the way they kept the viewer interested up until the fifty ninth minute of the show when they
would release the name of the offender. What intrigued me the most was not how they solved the
case, but that the episodes showed the characters dealing with scenarios that often imitated real
