1 – How would you handle an angry individual confronting you?
I have dealt with angry customers in the past. What I did was ask them what the problem was,
offer them an alternate solution that would best benefit them, and apologize on the store’s
behalf. Even when the customer acts out of line, they should still be treated as seriously as
possible in order to keep a positive reputation.
2 – Describe the environment that motivates your productivity.
An environment where the supervisor encourages his or her employees’ inputs and consults
with employees before making major decisions. Feeling respected by a supervisor can motivate
me greatly because I feel the need to keep my supervisor’s trust by working as hard as I can.
3 – Give an example of how you succeeded, although you were under extreme pressure.
For a major school project, we had to get in groups and interview several nurses at BSA. My
team was not being responsive and there was a lack of communication between the members,
which left our team only 3 days to complete the assignment. However, I managed to get all our
team members together, discuss each individual role and assign one role to each member, and
kept the team updated on our progress. We managed to complete the assignment on time.
4 – Describe yourself as an employee.
I have excellent communication skills and can easily adapt to any workplace changes. I’m a
diligent worker and always eager to learn new skills.
5 – Describe an error that you made at your last job and how you corrected it.
I think the worst mistake I’ve ever made was when I had to work alongside a co-worker I didn’t
