Overcoming Dyslexia
As a person with dyslexia I did not want to be treated differently when it
came to academics or theatre. With any struggles in life came frustration and
disappointment. When I tell people that I am dyslexic, I don’t want them to look at
me oddly like I should be back in kindergarten learning to read and spell correctly.
