Based on the story, the life of Rachel is almost consumed by her work, spending
time-solving client issues and projects with her team. It is nearly a perfect story or scenario of
a hardworking project manager. But there is this scene Rachel is not well-informed about the
changes in the specific features that their system would provide, wherein as a project
manager, she must be the first to be informed about modifications on their project. Thus,
strengthening her relationship with the team and utilizing her power as a project manager to
work more effectively are musts.
The foundation must be rest-assured sturdy, resulting in a nice flow of process and

well-built for the members to be informed of their duties and responsibilities. Planning,
including delegation, allocation, and segregation of duties, are ways to formulate fundamental
solutions and avoid symptomatic solutions that might negatively influence the organization
