This new information is not really new; they have been conducting research on
pesticides for as long as we have been using them. This is just the first time we have heard
about it. Dr. Tyrone Hayes is one of the only doctors I’ve ever know of to have seminars and
speak to masses of people across the country. These types of studies have been getting
published in many different scientific papers over the years. The general public just does not
have access to these papers nor do they know where to find them or even what is meant in
them. For the most part they are very dense and might even use abbreviations or wording that
only people from that field can understand easily. Dr. Hayes is trying to make the problems with
the herbicide Atrazine more known. He has created a website with many references as well as
conducted many studies himself on effects of Atrazine.
