Enhancing employees’ efficiency for management consulting companies of the
tertiary sector in Hurghada.
Abstract:
the purpose of this study is highlighting the importance of training and motivation as
they are the most important variables influencing the employees’ efficiency positively,
however there are many variables influencing the employees’ efficiency as well like
salary, technology, company culture, welfare facilities. etc., but the training and
motivation are the most important and have a significant impact on employees’
efficiency.
To decrease the adverse impact of coronavirus on business and economy the companies
should focus on the mentioned to variables to enhance the employees’ efficiency which
leads to improve productivity reducing the company loss and compensating a deficiency
in Employees.

Introduction:
While the world is experiencing the pandemic of covid-19 and its impact on business
and due to the actions, which have been taken by the governments of new regulations
and restrictions of the workplace environment and reducing the workforce, hence came
the necessity of this study which investigates the employees’ efficiency. And the impact
of training and motivation on enhancing it to decrease the impact of the pandemic on
productivity according to the reduction of the workforce.
According to the current situation mentioned above, decision-makers have to change
their plans and should try a new strategy for recruiting. And try to enhance the efficiency
of current employees.
Keeping in mind Hurghada is one of the remote towns in Egypt, so there must be
competitive advantages to attract the talented candidates applying to the company
vacancies to get the most effective talented candidates meeting the required criteria.
Using the 9 elements model (Elsafty, 2020). helps to analyze and define the problem
critically.

The study focuses on profit organization for management consulting companies which
hired to help the other organizations achieve their objectives, consultancies
provide assistance, analysis, development, service improvement and so on
(Management consulting, n.d.).
