Employees have so much rights within a company that they may not know or understand
fully, as employees we have to take the steps to understand the company policy however also
understand your state employment rights. I know as a manager I learn over the years that as an
employee I have rights however the people that are working for me have the same right, I treat
people the way I want to be treated on a daily basis.
