Employee Satisfaction of Tesla Motors
The purpose of this paper is to examine employee satisfaction in Tesla Motors. Every
organization, including Tesla Motors, have dissatisfied employees, however it is up to senior
level managers to propose a process for a change within organization, that will affect attitudes of
employees involved. Further they need to meet up with middle level managers to implement that
change, and to discuss possibilities of resistance within organization, due to the employee
dissatisfaction.
Before we focus on Tesla motors, and its employee’s satisfactions with current
CEO Elon Musk, we first must define employee satisfaction. According to our textbook employee
satisfaction is “a collection of positive and/or negative feelings that an individual hold towards his
