I had conducted the Employee Motivation Survey for myself and 10 other individuals
made up of several old/new military co-workers, military supervisors, my stepfather, and my
brother, I was able to get a great and mixed feedback within the group. Some of the conclusions
that came together from the results that I found very interesting. For example, having a say of
ownership about where you work or what your work means to you was something voted very
highly and ranked in the top two most important things that given huge motivation factors.
