1. What is Employee Engagement?
Employee engagement is the outcome of how the employee perceive their work,
rewards and recognition they receive, communication ways in the organization as well as
the leadership values that are present in the work surrounding. In other word, it can also be
said as the emotional and intellectual commitment to an organization. On the other hand,
based on the experience I had gotten from my internship placement, employee engagement
