Hello, my name is Mason Velasquez and I am pursuing a career in professional baseball. I am
extremely interested in this position because it has been my goal my whole life since I started playing
baseball. I want to become a professional baseball player so I can fulfil my lifelong dream and so I can be
a role model to younger players who eventually want to play in the major leagues. The strengths I have
