Pyramid of Giza:
Long ago in Egypt’s Old Kingdom era, about 4,500-5,000 years ago, the Pyramid of Giza
were built for their Gods and Pharaohs in their afterlives. This pyramid was made of millions of
limestone rectangular blocks that were perfectly crafted to fit in and on each other. The mass of
these stones estimates to about 5.9 tons. And I also bet many don’t know that this man made
structure was the tallest in the world for about 3,800 years at some point. Architects that created
and designed this pyramid are known as Khufu and Hemiunu. Surrounding the Great Pyramid is
several buildings and including smaller pyramids. The color is more of a light tan sandy color.
Obviously it was probably more vibrant long ago but erosion and weathering of these blocks
