Egypt During the Neolithic
The Neolithic revolution was a major change from hunting and gathering to farming
and other agricultural advances. The search for food resulted in groups constantly relocating
for sustenance resources (Feder, 2013). Eventually, nomads learned to be farmers, which set
the stage for the diffusion of different cultures among the Egyptians (Cole, 1961). The
Neolithic revolution had a major effect on the lives of human beings during those ancient
days, and this brought about many civilizations such as those in Mesopotamia, Indus river
valley, ancient Egypt, Minoan Crete, Great Zimbabwe, the Qin dynasty, the Shang dynasty,
and Moche. These enhancements brought about various noticeable characteristics which
include: food increase & surplus, population size, advanced technologies, formal government,
arts and monument buildings, for instance the Ziggurat pyramid, a form of writing, labor
specialization, and social stratification. Most of the civilizations were significantly affected
