1. Will the business make money? How?
This business has the potential to make money. Per week, the food truck needs to sell at least 723 units
to hit their breakeven point, which is 144 orders per day. If the truck works 5 days a week for 8 hours
per day, 144 orders is something that can be easily obtained. If Ben and Ivan find the right location to
have their food truck at, they can capitalize on both people who are hungry after the gym and even
passer byers who are intrigued by their simple, yet delicious menu.
2. Should they quit their day jobs that they hate but make them a good living?
