Avoid distraction at the workplace
Executive summary
Technologies are spreading out very fast in companies, there are a real
advantage to efficiency at work with computers to collect and treat data base
in place of a tone of paper. All those technologies are good in term of working
efficiency but they are a major source of distraction particularly for the young
generation the Millennials: “A recent survey conducted by Paychex.com asked
2,000 employees across a variety of industries about their tendencies to waste
time at work. The survey revealed that Millennials waste more time than older
generations; only 40% of Millennials reported wasting less than an hour per
day, compared to 46% of Generation X, and 68% of Baby Boomers.”Forbes.
Now we are going to investigate to find ways to avoid those distraction and get
more efficiency from the workforce.
