Task one
A) Create three cooperate policies that reflect the organization’s culture and ethical
viewpoints
• Unjustified bonuses to members shall be decreased
• Techfite Company will implement the placing of some program that will help the community
and youth in the neighborhood
• The company offers packages and offers such as medical facility and retirement facilities to
its employers
1) Explain the rationale behind the policies including how they align with the organization
culture
• Workers can receive benefits packages according to the way they work. Those working part-
time will receive packages at a different rate to those working full time. These packages include
medical dental vision and retirement.
• Placing programs that help the community and the neighborhood shows how the company is
committed to the community. These is done by the company when it places some programs that
help the adolescent in the neighborhood
• The company motivates its members through bonuses to those that underrated and to those
who enjoy full priorities of the company their bonuses are reduced. When workers fell that they
are being underrated the bonuses are there to make the employee work much better

2) Distinguish between ethical and legal issues
Ethical standards are based on human principles of right or wrong while legal issues are
based on the laws
3) Analyze the ethical issues at stake in the scenario
The decision to misuse resources is part of the ethical issue in the scenario. These are
through excessive bonuses by upper management. Also, not keeping our promises to the
community or providing wrong and false promises to the community create an ethical issue that
needs to be solved. Conflict of interest is another ethical scenario. These come up when an
employee of certain skill is needed at a period, but she decides not to attend. Some employees
decide to misuse company properties creating whistleblowers within the company
