Hello Mr. Wu –
After reviewing James McGaran’s performance, I came up with assessments and
recommendations that are listed below.
Assessments:
McGaran should be rewarded “Above Par” for Financial Strategy
Implementation, Control, People, and Standards. Unfortunately, he should be rewarded
“Below Par” for Customer Satisfaction. McGaran’s customer satisfaction score is based
off of a predetermined rating system. In order to be rewarded with a “Par” in this
