Executive summary
This GoVentureCEO simulation provides a practical chance for students to handle complex
business operations from the perspective of the general manager with specific business areas
knowledge. It aims to improve students’ leadership, decision-making, team dynamics
abilities.
We set up a small consulting firm, Bare, to compete with other six companies, BEST
Company, SSCZ, T4, GY Consulting Firm, USYD, and JUST. Our goal is to gain higher
profit and achieve a balanced scorecard across the 10 assessable metrics. After four months of
competition, Our Bare Co. finished seventh and total rubric score 61.
