M-Commerce
The topic I have chosen to address is mobile-commerce. The concerns that will be
addressed include identity theft from keeping too much information in phones, data
security, RFID chips used inappropriately, the heavy use of texting influencing a possible
socially inept younger generation, buying and selling of phones through contracts and the
rivalry of Apple vs Android in the global market. The issues under consideration are of
concern and importance since the mobile industry has affected many other industries
through the invention of applications, eradicating the use for individual products such as
flash lights, music players and even computers. Through research, government
intervention on sub-topics related to m-commerce will be addressed as well as implications
and recommendations for the related topic.
