In a short amount of time, organizations of all sizes and complexities have had to
rapidly integrate new technology into their businesses. This has caused a significant
amount of issues in staying competitive with other businesses that have incorporated
more expensive and complex systems. In today’s business sector, there is no possible way
to run an organization without the complete integration of information technology. As
time has gone by, technology has improved the ease at which transactions and
organizational operations are carried out by businesses. It is abundantly clear that all
people within an organization should have the understanding of what information
technology can do to improve productivity and efficiency in their respective positions.
