1. What were some of the challenges I was facing at the start of this semester?
I was facing problem with time-management. I was stressed about the amount of time available
in the day to complete academic work, extracurricular responsibilities, and to invest in a
fulfilling social life. Additionally, I was continuously suffering from health issues, I couldn’t find
appropriate part-time job and that was the reason of my stress and depression. Moreover, debt
became a huge problem for me.
2. What did I learn about how I choose to tackle my challenges?
When I am feeling like there is not enough time in the day, I am starting by making exercise a
priority. I am taking 10 minutes walk-through nature as a reminder that; I should always be my
priority. I was surprised by the clarity I am feeling after a workout and by my own motivation.
By doing so, it developed mechanisms to cope with the stress of my workload and deadlines.
3. What was the most important realization for me during this career planning experience?
Most important realization for me was to find a job which I can enjoy while doing it. However, I
