Dear Melissa Carpenter,
Thank you for your letter about your recent purchase with us. You are right to be upset after
your experience with Binky, and we are deeply sorry for all the inconvenience caused by him.
According to your letter, we are expected to take back Binky, and refund you the full amount.
Also, $150,000 in compliance with the damage and repair caused by Blinky.
Red-tailed monkeys are very active animals, especially in the early morning. They act as
important seed dispersers as they collect fruit and other food items. However, we found that
there is a negligence and ignorance for Binky’s safety and adaption in your household. As you
lock Binky in his room, red-tailed monkey can become very agitated and develop stress and
anxiety. As I mentioned above, they are an active specie, and they need proper space to move
and travel.
According to Duncan’s Exotic Pets policy, refunds are only possible if animals are returned in
good health. Moreover, our contract clearly states that we are not responsible or accept
