Regulating Your Looks in a Workplace
Imagine this; you are in an operating room and about to undergo a life
threatening surgery. Your doctor comes in the room wearing an old t-shirt and a pair of
worn jeans; he doesn’t look like he has bathed but he is ready to operate on you. Would
you feel comfortable allowing this to happen? In today’s workplace there are many
standards put in place to prevent this from happening. Many companies and businesses
have policies in place that enforce a dress code. In this paper we will take a look at:
