New Employee Orientation
Dream Events orientation is a formal welcoming process to make the new employee feel
comfortable, informed about the company, and prepared for their position. New employee
orientation is conducted by a Human Resources representative, and includes an overview
of the company history, an explanation of the company core values, vision, and mission;
and company goals and objectives. In addition, the new employee will be given an
